My aspiration to continue serving the Thomasians as Local Chief Executive of the Municipility of Sto. Tomas, Pampanga was fuilfilled as I was re-elected on the mid of this year 2022.

We have formulated our Executive-Legislative Agenda (E.L.A.) for Fiscal Year 2022-2025. I assure you that the plans we have set forth are geared towards the betterment of the lives of Thomasians.

I’m appealing to my co-public servants, private and business sectors and citizenry to work hand-in-hand, with dedication and hard work to surpass whatever adversities and hindrances we may encounter towards the realization of the plans, programs, and activities reflected on our E.L.A. and for the attainment of our ultimate goal “Progresibong Sto. Tomas”.
