To be a magnetic town of this province, is the foremost vision of this administration, and this can only be achieved through a thorough collaboration of the Executive and Legislative bodies of our government unit.

The collaboration was manifested after the successful seminar workshop on the formulation of the Executive and Legislative Agenda (ELA) and Capacity Development Agenda (CapDev) for FY 2023 to 2025. This is the best opportune time to extend my gratefulness for the cooperation and participation of all the people behind its crafting. Hence, it will be the best time too, to call on each and everyone to fulfill its roles and functions to realize all what were planned and programmed. The imperativeness of each, counts, in every way, for its success.

We can only say that we succeeded on the formulated plans and programs, once we see our people enjoying the kind of life we have planned for them, a reflection of the mission we envisioned for them…a quality life.

The Legislative Body will always be supportive on the implementation of our formulated ELA to bring progress in this town and sustain its development.
