St. Matthias the Apostle Parish Church (Barangay San Matias, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga)

Saint Matthias the Apostle Parish Church was canonically erected on July 20, 1962.

The Retablo:

Atop the tabernacle are the niches bearing the images of St. Matthias, the Immaculate Concepcion, St. Joseph and the Crucified Christ, the image of God, the Father and the Holy Spirit with rays of light crown the whole wooden retablo. Blessed and dedicated bye the Most. Rev. Paciano B. Aniceto, D.D. Archbishop of San Fernando, Pampanga on the 2nd day of April 2003. Artist/Sculptor: Mr. Wilfredo T. Layug of Betis, Guagua, Pampanga.
